Binnen Centrum Woonzorg Zele (CWZ) De Bron werken Bijzondermakers. Stuk voor stuk enthousiaste collega’s die samen het gewone bijzonder willen maken voor onze bewoners, gebruikers, mantelzorgers en bezoekers.

Specifiek voor WZC De Meander zijn we op zoek naar een verpleegkundige.

Wat houdt het werk in?

  • Je draagt bij tot het verzekeren van de continuïteit en de kwaliteit van de zorgverlening op de afdeling in overeenstemming met de missie/visie van de organisatie.
  • Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit met het oog op het behoud of het herstel van de gezondheid of het voorkomen van verergering van ziekte of aandoening van de bewoner.
  • Je verstrekt professionele zorg en draagt hierdoor bij aan het psychosociaal welzijn en de lichamelijke gezondheid van de bewoners.
  • Je kent de afspraken en werkwijzen rond hulpverlening en past deze toe.
  • Gegradueerd verpleegkundige: diploma van gegradueerde of bachelor in de verpleegkunde.
  • Gebrevetteerd verpleegkundige: brevet of diploma van de vierde graad van het secundair onderwijs in de verpleegkunde of van een brevet van aanvullend secundair beroepsonderwijs, afdeling verpleegkunde.
  • Laatstejaarsstudenten: een studiebewijs en een verklaring dat je binnen een termijn van max. zes maanden je einddiploma behaalt.
  • Kennis van methodieken en technieken inzake verpleging en verzorging.
  • Kennis van de geriatrische problematieken en de recente ontwikkelingen in de ouderenzorg.
