Bewonersbegeleider - Beverwijk - 40 uur - In loondienst - €3750 - €5250 Ben jij een ervaren bewonersbegeleider die weet hoe je bewoners door een renovatietraject loodst? Solliciteer en zet je vakkennis in bij een gevestigde aannemer in de renovatiesector. Aanbod De organisatie biedt een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.750 en €5.250, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleidingsniveau. De arbeidsvoorwaarden vallen onder de CAO Bouw en Infra, wat betekent dat je recht hebt op 43 vakantiedagen per jaar, een pensioenregeling en een reiskostenvergoeding conform de cao-afspraken. Daarnaast ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering en zijn er afspraken over ADV-dagen en verlofsparen. Je komt terecht in een informele en familiaire werkomgeving waar korte lijnen en directe communicatie de norm zijn.
