Als General Manager stuur je een team aan van 30 tot 40 collega's en werk je samen met je managementteam om de dagelijkse operaties soepel te laten verlopen. Jij bent het gezicht van het restaurant en zorgt ervoor dat elke gast met een glimlach vertrekt. Naast het dagelijks aansturen van het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële resultaten, het trainen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers, het waarborgen van de medewerkerstevredenheid, het maken van planningen en het inkopen van benodigdheden. Jouw doel? Een vlekkeloze operatie, een tevreden team, en blije gasten. Wie ben jij? - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als eindmanager in restaurant business. - Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week. - Flexibel inzetbaar op zowel weekdagen als in het weekend. - Vloeiend in Nederlands of Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Stressbestendige teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Gastgericht en een passie voor hospitality. - Woonachtig in (de omgeving van) Amsterdam.
