Om vorm te geven aan alle ontwikkelingen zijn wij op zoek naar een general manager E-commerce. general manager e-commerce Jij hebt visie over waar we naar toe zouden moeten gaan, stelt doelen, brengt structuur en kunt denken als een ondernemer. Je tilt E-commerce naar een hoger niveau en bent zowel strategisch als pragmatisch. Jij krijgt jij de dagelijkse leiding binnen (+/-12 fte) met o.a. customer service, inkoop, marketing, productmanagement etc. Samen met jouw team ontwikkel je een visie en strategie met een sterke nadruk op E-commerce en marketing. Je schakelt ook regelmatig met de andere leidinggevenen van de andere merken binnen dit internationale netwerk. taken en verantwoordlijkheden van de general manager e-commerce: - Het hebben, (door)ontwikkelen en implementeren van een marketing en e-commerce visie en strategie en daaruit voortvloeiende doelstellingen formuleren. - Aansturen van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering - Doorontwikkelen van het platform en aansturen online marketing kanalen - Ontwikkelen en invoeren van KPI's om business doelstellingen te monitoren en te managen - Het aanbrengen van een heldere structuur en duidelijke processen - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en de supply chain - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe boutiqueshop(s) - P&L verantwoordelijk voor alle webshops wie wij zoeken We zoeken jou als jij een verbinder bent. Niet alleen people management is belangrijk, maar ook jouw commerciële drive en uiteraard kennis van E-commerce. De toekomstige general manager E-commerce heeft conceptueel vermogen (mede bedenken van een visie), is strategisch en denkt in structuren.
