The posting

Als Master Data Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aanmaken, beheren en onderhouden van masterdata binnen verschillende systemen zoals SAP en PTC Windchill. Masterdata vormen de basis van tal van bedrijfsprocessen en omvatten onder andere materialen, producten, leveranciers en andere essentiële gegevens.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken van materiaal- en productvrijgaven en wijzigingen vanuit Windchill naar SAP.
  • Aanmaken en actualiseren van materiaalgegevens en stuklijsten (BOM's) in SAP.
  • Beheren van andere masterdata-objecten op basis van nieuwe aanvragen of wijzigingsverzoeken.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van Winshuttle-scripts voor gegevensoverdracht naar SAP.
  • Bewaken van de datakwaliteit en data-integriteit binnen SAP en Windchill.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op masterdata.
  • Actief zoeken naar verbeteringen op het vlak van efficiëntie, effectiviteit en digitalisering.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van documentatie rond masterdata-processen.
  • Meewerken aan digitaliseringsprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen van audits met betrekking tot data-integriteit.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor masterdata binnen de organisatie.
  • Gebruikers begeleiden bij het correct invoeren en gebruiken van masterdata.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP-masterdata.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in datasystemen en procesbeheer.
  • Je bent vlot in het gebruik van Microsoft Office (Excel, Word en PowerPoint).
  • Kennis van Windchill, Winshuttle of vergelijkbare systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in productstructuren, stuklijsten (BOM) en productieprocessen is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid je verder te verdiepen in masterdata-processen en -tools.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken focus op datakwaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt mee met interne stakeholders.
  • Je neemt initiatief om processen en tools verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen.
