Voor een klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om het team te versterken als aankoper.

Jij koopt geen tijd, maar je wint ze wel. Als Operationeel Aankoper zorg je ervoor dat materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn, zodat onze teams vooruit kunnen — zonder vertraging of verrassingen.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele aankoopproces en fungeer je als schakel tussen leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met analytisch inzicht en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte supply chain.

  • Je zet aankoopaanvragen om in correcte en tijdige aankooporders, binnen de afgesproken SLA
  • Je volgt bestellingen, leveranciersbevestigingen en leveringen nauwgezet op en beheert leveringsschema’s
  • Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus en signaleert proactief risico’s of tekorten
  • Je analyseert materiaalbehoeften en lopende orders en grijpt in bij knelpunten
  • Je onderhoudt en optimaliseert masterdata (prijzen, MOQ, levertijden) in het ERP-systeem
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij leveranciersproblemen en coördineert de opvolging
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers en stemt vlot af met interne teams (planning, sales, magazijn)
  • Je rapporteert over leveranciersprestaties, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kosten
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en draagt bij aan automatisatie- en optimalisatieprojecten

  • Een economische opleiding of affiniteit met elektronica
  • Ervaring binnen aankoop of supply chain
  • Sterk analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Kunnen behelpen in Frans en Duits
  • Vlot met Excel en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP (Odoo is een plus)
  • Communicatief, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer
