Voor een innovatieve producent in de regio Bodegraven zijn wij op zoek naar een vakkundige Gereedschapsmaker Spuitgietmatrijzen. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat matrijzen in optimale conditie verkeren, storingen snel worden verholpen en het spuitgietproces probleemloos kan verlopen. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Gereedschapsmaker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, repareren en beheren van spuitgietmatrijzen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de productie en techniek om de kwaliteit en continuïteit van het proces te waarborgen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Gereedmaken van matrijzen voor productie en controleren op technische staat, reinheid en volledigheid. - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan spuitgietmatrijzen. - Repareren van matrijzen en het signaleren van verbeterpunten. - Aanvragen en opvolgen van benodigde onderdelen en externe werkzaamheden. - Doorvoeren en begeleiden van matrijswijzigingen aan de hand van technische tekeningen en instructies. - Voorbereiden van matrijzen voor opslag, inclusief conserveren, labelen en administratieve verwerking. - Ondersteunen bij het opstarten van spuitgietmachines en uitvoeren van proefspuitingen. - Signaleren en analyseren van procesafwijkingen. - Coördineren van de logistieke stroom van matrijzen binnen de afdeling.
