Wir sind ein Meisterbetrieb mit Spezialisierung im Bereich Kälte-, Klima-, Heizungs- und Wärmepumpentechnik. Unser Fokus liegt auf maßgeschneiderten Lösungen für Endkunden. Als kleines, engagiertes Team suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die sowohl unternehmerisches Denken als auch technisches Verständnis mitbringt.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n 1 Geschäftsführer_in für Wärmepumpen & Klimatechnik (m/w/d) Infos zur Stelle:

* Die Stelle ist ab sofort und in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich

* Homeoffice ist nach Vereinbarung gestattet.

* entsprechende Berufserfahrung ist unbedingt erforderlich

* Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement gewünscht

* Bezahlung: Brutto € 5.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung

* Führerschein B ist erforderlich

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich; Englischkenntnisse gewünscht

* Betriebsort ist Laxenburg

Anforderungsprofil:

Aufgaben:

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtleitung eines innovativen Unternehmens, das sich auf energieeffiziente Wärmepumpen und moderne Klimasysteme spezialisiert hat. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die strategische Entwicklung der Firma, die Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, die Betreuung von vorwiegend Privatkunden sowie die Führung der engagierten Teams. Sie überwachen sämtliche Geschäftsprozesse und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Ablauf von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragsabwicklung bis hin zur termingerechten Auslieferung und Umsetzung eines Projektes .

gewünschtes Profil:

Sie verfügen über Vorerfahrung zur Führung zweier Technikerteams , idealerweise mit Bezug zu Anlagenbau (Heizungsbau) , Klima- oder Kältetechnik. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich energieeffizienter Wärmesysteme sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft sind ausdrücklich erwünscht. Neben strategischem Denken und Verhandlungssicherheit bringen Sie unternehmerischen Weitblick sowie exzellente kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit.
