Rejoignez un bureau de courtage dynamique et prenez en main un portefeuille clients varié, au cœur de l'activité assurance.

Votre mission:

Au sein de notre équipe, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion administrative, technique et commerciale des dossiers clients.

Vous accompagnez vos clients à chaque étape de leur parcours, de la souscription à la gestion des sinistres, en veillant à leur offrir un service de qualité et des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Préparer et rédiger les contrats, offres, avenants et certificats d'assurance
  • Assurer l'encodage, la mise à jour et le suivi des dossiers clients via Brio
  • Gérer la production complète en IARD et Vie
  • Suivre les échéances, rappels, modifications contractuelles et demandes clients
  • Administrer et développer un portefeuille clients (fidélisation et suivi personnalisé)
  • Ouvrir, encoder et assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers sinistres
  • Coordonner les échanges avec experts, assureurs et autres parties prenantes
  • Communiquer de manière proactive avec les clients sur l'évolution de leurs dossiers
  • Offrir un service client irréprochable, par téléphone et en face à face
  • Adopter une approche commerciale dans le traitement des demandes
  • Conseiller les clients sur les produits, garanties et options les plus pertinentes
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience confirmée en bureau de courtage (non négociable)
  • Vous maîtrisez le logiciel Brio
  • Vous êtes titulaire de l'agrégation PCP
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), orienté(e) client et doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel
