The posting

  • Coordination, organisation et suivi de toutes les tâches administratives liées à la gestion technique des logements ;
  • Gestion des contrats de maintenance ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des problèmes techniques et des sinistres ;
  • Collaboration avec le service comptabilité pour les refacturations ;
  • Tenue de plannings ;
  • Contacts de 1ere ligne / diagnostics de pannes ;
  • Accueil téléphonique.

- porteur au minimum d'un bachelier ou d'une expérience probante équivalente ;

- disposant d'une solide expérience en gestion administrative ;

- maîtrisant parfaitement le français, avec des compétences rédactionnelles ;

- très organisé et rigoureux ;

- autonome

- orienté solutions

- maîtrisant l'outil informatique (impérativement la Suite MS Office)

Une expérience ou des connaissances en maintenance de bâtiment est vivement souhaitée.

La pratique du néerlandais est indispensable (conversation usuelle)
