Empresa de Servicios Sanitarios para compañías aseguradoras necesita incorporar una persona para desarrollar las funciones de GESTOR SANITARIO en nuestra plataforma de Madrid. FUNCIONES a desarrollar: • Recepción y atención de llamadas de clientes (compañías aseguradoras), candidatos, asegurados, proveedores, laboratorios y empresas de mensajería externa. • Idioma: Castellano (valorables otros idiomas adicionales nativos). • Emitir llamadas para realizar encuestas de salud y/o concertar cita para las pruebas médicas o la gestión de siniestros. • Personalizar la gestión de los expedientes asignados y colaborar en el trabajo del equipo. • Revisar la documentación médica enviada por el proveedor para comprobar la recepción completa. • Resolver incidencias y atender quejas que puedan producirse durante el proceso de gestión • Realizar los trabajos de gestión complementarios en coordinación con el área de operaciones de la compañía..
