Critrium voor ons is: zouden wij hier als bureau onze adminstratie willen uitbestende en zo ja waarom? Omdat wij werkzaam zijn voor regionale- en landelijk werkende kantoren kunnen we ook functies aanbieden in diverse praktijken! En bij sommige van onze opdrachtgevers is het zelfs mogelijk om een combinatie hiervan te kiezen. - (groot) MKB- en familiebedrijven - agrarische praktijken - internationaal - Overheid en NON-profit Bedrijfscultuur De meeste kandidaten die wij in dit stadium begeleiden, hebben een wens om hogerop te komen. Die ambities moet je in goede banen leiden. Samen kunnen we op zoek naar een tweede stap en nieuwe uitdaging. De focus komt te liggen op afstuderen (als bijvoorbeeld gecertificeerd AA), goede vooruitzichten voor de praktijkstage, ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en work-life balans. Die kandidaten (met vanaf 3 jaar ervaring) kunnen wij in contact brengen met kantoren die echt anders in de wedstrijd staan. Respect hebben voor alle medewerkers en wel die work-life balans op orde hebben. Het is een kwestie van organiseren (en soms nee zeggen tegen nieuwe klanten als er onvoldoende recources zijn).
