Dit ga jij doen Als Jeugd- en Gezinshulpverlener bij gemeente Purmerend sta je naast ouders en gezinnen die er niet meer uitkomen, en ben je tegelijk hulpverlener en procesregisseur. - Als jeugd- en gezinshulpverlener sta je naast de ouders als die er niet meer uitkomen. Je ziet hun kracht en valkuilen en weet ze te motiveren om zelf weer verder te gaan. Voordat je allerlei instanties inschakelt, kijk je eerst wat een jeugdige, het gezin of het netwerk zelf kan. Zijn er vrienden of familie die kunnen helpen, of andere mensen in de omgeving? Zijn er problemen die dan nog moeilijk op te lossen zijn? Dan onderzoek je samen welke organisaties hulp kunnen bieden. Zo ben je hulpverlener en procesregisseur tegelijk. En is de situatie voor een kind echt (even) onveilig? Dan neem jij ook de nodige maatregelen; - Na een brede analyse onderzoek je de mogelijkheden om de gestelde hulpvraag te beantwoorden. Dit leg je samen met de jeugdige of het gezin vast in een perspectiefplan. Je verwijst door bij complexe en/of specialistische hulpvragen.
