Jobomschrijving

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beheert de volledige boekhouding van verschillende entiteiten en zorgt voor een correcte financiële verwerking van alle transacties.
  • Je analyseert financiële gegevens, voert boekhoudkundige controles uit en waakt over de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de cijfers.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle deadlines tijdig worden gehaald.
  • Je ondersteunt bij fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder btw-aangiftes en de voorbereiding van vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Je vertaalt financiële data naar heldere rapporteringen en analyses die bijdragen aan onderbouwde beslissingen.
  • Je levert input voor managementrapporteringen en ondersteunt de financiële opvolging van de organisatie.
  • Je staat mee in voor de voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen van de toegewezen vennootschappen.
  • Je draagt bij aan budgettering, forecasting en financiële planning.
  • Je denkt mee na over procesoptimalisaties, automatisering en systeemimplementaties.

Wie zoeken zij?

Must haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting
  • Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting of finance
  • Sterke kennis van algemene boekhouding en afsluitingsprocessen
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Goede kennis van Excel
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt ownership over je dossiers
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt en initiatief neemt

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Oracle, Hyperion of HFM
  • Kennis van Power BI en rapporteringstools
  • Ervaring met budgettering, forecasting of managementrapportering
  • Interesse in procesverbetering en digitalisering binnen finance
