Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar GL Accountant (m/v/x).

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als GL Boekhouder zijn:

  • Zorgen voor de maandafsluiting, inclusief rapporteren en analyseren van resultaten;
  • Uitvoeren van loongerelateerde boekingen en afschrijvingen volgens US GAAP;
  • Voorbereiden van de jaarafsluiting en het klaarzetten van alle documenten voor de jaarlijkse audit;
  • Uitvoeren van maandelijkse balansreconciliaties;
  • Toezien op fiscale verplichtingen en het voorbereiden van fiscale aangiften, in samenwerking met externe adviseurs;
  • Fungeren als contactpersoon voor filialen, externe accountants en andere externe partijen;
  • Oplossen en ondersteunen bij ad hoc taken en projecten binnen het accounting team;
  • Begeleiden van junior accountants en het delen van kennis binnen het team.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van GL Accountant zijn:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de finance- of accountancywereld;
  • Goede kennis van Engels, Frans of Pools is een meerwaarde;
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en ervaring met financiële rapportering en maand- en jaarafsluit;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandigheid;
  • Bereidheid om te groeien naar een rol waarin je zelfstandig een volledige entiteit beheert;
  • Ervaring met internationale rapporteringsstandaarden zoals IFRS en US GAAP;
  • Vermogen om samen te werken in een internationaal team en open te staan voor het delen van kennis;
  • Motiveerde en leergierige houding, met zin voor innovatie en verbetering van processen.
