Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams am Standort Leonding suchen wir 1 Global Expert CRM und Vertriebsprozesse (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Vertriebs-CRM-Templates

* Mitarbeit beim internationalen Rollout von Microsoft Dynamics CRM sowie Support für die Key User an globalen Standorten

* Verantwortung für die CRM-Schnittstellen zum Produkt-Konfigurator (Tacton) und ERP-System (SAP) in Abstimmung mit den Fachexperten und Fachexpertinnen

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Consultants zur Umsetzung von funktionalen Anpassungen im CRM-System

* Analyse, Optimierung und Standardisierung der Vertriebsprozesse

* Erstellung und Pflege von internen Dienstanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen für den Vertriebsbereich

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen IT, Service, Fertigung, Controlling und Vertrieb

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Vertriebsbereich

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (FH/Uni wünschenswert), mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement, IT o.ä.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, idealerweise Erfahrung als Key User, Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

* ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse (bevorzugt SAP) von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes IT-Verständnis und Affinität zu Prozessen

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kommunikationsstärke, Konsensfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung

* Reisebereitschaft ca. 10%
