Du verantwortest die optimale Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung unseres HRIS Ecosystems, sorgst für exzellente Datenqualität und bist die treibende Kraft hinter der Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse. Was man bei uns bewegt: Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und optimale Nutzung unseres HR IT Systems SAP SuccessFactors sowie des erweiterten HRIS Ecosystems (z.B. Igentis, WalkMe, Centric...) Digitalisierung und Optimierung von People & Culture Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität Support und Enablement von Usern innerhalb und außerhalb von People & Culture Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen HRIS-Partnern und Dienstleistern Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT zur nahtlosen Integration des HRIS in die Unternehmenssystemlandschaft Mitarbeit und Leitung von HRIS-Projekten, z. B. zur Einführung neuer Module und Schnittstellen Was uns überzeugt: Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise als Inhouse Application Owner oder HR Application Manager Erfahrung in einem globalen Unternehmensumfeld und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für globale HR-Prozesse sowie ein Blick fürs Detail gepaart mit einer offenen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise Fähigkeit, HR-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen zu übersetzen und als Schnittstelle zwischen People & Culture und IT zu agieren Erfahrung mit Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten, Datenqualität, Datenschutz, Testing, Release-Management und Supportprozessen Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Mitarbeiter- und Unternehmensdaten Was wir bieten: Gute Verkehrsanbindung, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof und zwischen den TGW-Standorten, E-Bikes, etc. Abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiete sowie individueller Gestaltungsspielraum Flexible Arbeitszeiten und bis zu maximal 3 Tage Home-Office-Modell Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Abläufe aktiv und eigenverantwortlich mitzugestalten Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team, individuelle Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, klare Ziele und eine offene Feedbackkultur Unterstützung bei der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie (flexible Arbeitszeiten, Gleitzeit, Home-Office, betriebliche Kinderbetreuung, etc.) Ready to start?
