Hi... 1 Global Process Organization Coordinator (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Die Plansee Group etabliert eine Global Process Organization mit den End-to-End-Geschäftsprozessen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Operations, Human Ressources und Reporting. Im Zuge unserer weiteren Entwicklung hin zu mehr Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit suchen wir eine_n Global Process Organization Coordinator (f/m/d), der/die die Entwicklung, Koordination und den effektiven Betrieb dieser strategischen Organisation aktiv unterstützt.

* Sicherstellung, dass strategische Prozessinitiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Global Process Organization (GPOrg) und weiteren Stakeholdern professionell gesteuert, umgesetzt und kommuniziert werden, um die Roadmap unserer globalen End-to-End-Prozesse zu koordinieren und zu unterstützen * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Methoden, Vorlagen und Best Practices für Prozessmanagement, Governance und Zusammenarbeit sowie Übernahme der Rolle eines Project-Management-Coaches und vertrauenswürdigen Beraters für die GPOrg * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Kommunikationsplans der Global Process Organization und damit Sicherstellung einer effektiven Einbindung aller relevanten Stakeholder * Förderung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Abstimmung zwischen unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, um gemeinsame Lösungen zu entwickeln und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen * Organisation, Moderation und Koordination von Workshops, Process Councils sowie bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsformaten, außerdem Leitung von Diskussionen, Unterstützung der Teams bei der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Entscheidungen und gemeinsam abgestimmter Lösungen * Vorbereitung von Stakeholder-Meetings sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege der Prozessdokumentation

Ihr Profil: * Akademischer Hintergrund sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fertigkeit, komplexe Themen, Abhängigkeiten und Fragestellungen zu strukturieren und entscheidungsreif aufzubereiten * Souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern sowie die Fähigkeit, Diskussionen zu steuern und Ergebnisse zu erzielen, auch ohne formale Weisungsbefugnis * Proaktive, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsverständnis, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion * Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil

Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis für eine Anstellung in Österreich: Das Mindestentgelt entspricht gem. Kollektivvertrag IT (ST1) € 45.738,00 auf Vollzeitbasis und bei 14 Bezügen. Den tatsächlichen höheren Wert legen wir in einem gemeinsamen Gespräch fest. Die weitere Entgeltdynamik richtet sich an der individuellen Entwicklung.
