1 Global Product Owner - Offer & Project Calculation Solutions (m/w/d) Gestalten Sie die Zukunft unserer digitalen Angebotsprozesse

Wir entwickeln unsere Angebots- und Kalkulationsprozesse grundlegend weiter. Im Mittelpunkt stehen ein neues CPQ- und KI-gestütztes Budget Offer Tool sowie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektkalkulation im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld. Als Global Product Owner spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der DOKA-Vertriebstransformationsreise, gestalten Lösungen von der Idee bis zum internationalen Rollout und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Engineering, IT und externen Partnern.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

* "End to End Ownership" - Evaluierung, Design, Implementierung und globaler Rollout des neuen Budget Offer Tools * Process & Solution Design: Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Angebots-, Preis- und Kalkulationsprozessen * Projektkalkulation: Aktive Mitgestaltung der neuen Projektkalkulation in SAP S/4HANA und Sicherstellung des Zusammenspiels beider Lösungen * CPQ, Data & AI: Nutzung moderner Technologien zur einfacheren, schnelleren und datenbasierten Angebotserstellung * Business & IT Bridge: Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen und Koordination internationaler Teams und Partner * Implementation & Change: Planung von Piloten, User Tests, internationalen Rollouts und User Enablement

Qualifikationen Ihr Profil

* Wirtschaftlicher oder technischer Background mit Erfahrung in digitalen Business- oder Softwareprojekten * Erfahrung in Vertriebsdigitalisierung, Softwareimplementierung und Prozessverbesserung * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Angebots-, Preis- und/oder Kalkulationsprozessen * Kenntnisse von SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA, idealerweise im Sales- oder Kalkulationsumfeld (nice to have) * Erfahrung als Project Manager, Project Owner oder in ähnlichen Rollen in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld (nice to have) * Hohe IT- und Datenaffinität sowie Verständnis für Systeme und Schnittstellen * Erfahrung mit CPQ-Lösungen und/oder KI-gestützten Business-Lösungen von Vorteil * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und starke Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld * Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

Für diese Position wird ein marktkonformes Gehalt geboten, welches sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und der adäquaten Berufserfahrung orientiert. Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) 51.081,94 EUR auf Vollzeitbasis.
