The posting

Grading Operator Voor onze afdeling Grading (aardappelontvangst) op onze productielocatie in Kruiningen zijn wij op zoek naar een Grading Operator. In de functie van Grading Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren, regelen en bijsturen van de productielijn(en) op de afdeling aardappelontvangst. Daarnaast is het uitvoeren van controlewerkzaamheden, schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, het verhelpen van kleine storingen en het zo nodig assisteren van de afdeling Technische Dienst een onderdeel van je taken. Je rapporteert aan de Supervisor. De functie wordt in 5-ploegendienst uitgevoerd, waarbij ook in de weekenden wordt gewerkt. Hoe ziet je werk er uit? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het regelen en onder controle houden van het proces op jouw afdeling; - Samen met je collega's, ook van andere afdelingen, streef je naar optimale resultaten; - Je ziet waar zaken beter kunnen en neemt hiertoe dan ook initiatief; - Ook voer je klein onderhoud uit aan de machines en assisteer je de technische dienst als dat nodig is; - Je verricht schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en je zorgt ervoor dat jouw afdeling er altijd netjes bij ligt. Wat breng je mee? - Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en je ben niet vies van hard werken; - Je hebt MBO niveau 2 of 3 afgerond; - Opleiding en ervaring zijn belangrijk, maar we vinden je motivatie en inzet nóg belangrijker. - Uiteraard beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.
