Wir sind stolz darauf, unseren Gästen ein unverfälschtes Geschmackserlebnis zu bieten - mit echter Glut, authentischer Zubereitung und Zutaten höchster Qualität. Unser offener Holzkohlengrill ist nicht nur ein Highlight für die Sinne, sondern auch Ausdruck unserer Philosophie: Transparenz, Handwerkskunst und ehrliche Küche.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Team suchen wir - ab sofort: 1 Grilleur/in Deine Aufgaben

* Zubereitung von traditionellen türkischen Grillgerichten auf dem Holzkohlengrill

* Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Speisen nach unseren Qualitätsstandards

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung unserer Küche und Menüs

* Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) und Sauberkeit im gesamten Küchenbereich

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service-Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung als Koch oder Grilleur_in mit Kenntnissen der türkischen Küche

* Leidenschaft fürs Grillen mit echter Holzkohle

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Türkisch von Vorteil

* Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

* Sorgfältige und hygienebewusste Arbeitsweise

Arbeitsausmaß: 40 Std/Woche - nach Absprache zu den geregelten Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Sonntag von 12:00 Uhr bis 23 Uhr und Freitag sowie Samstag bis 02:00 Uhr
