Als Großkunden Berater im Innendienst wirst du zur zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen Loxone und den größten Elektrotechnik-Partnern Österreichs. Du begeisterst, entwickelst und betreust strategisch wichtige Systemintegratoren, Großelektriker und Planungsbüros, die mit uns gemeinsam die Gebäudeautomation von morgen gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du analysierst Marktpotenziale und gewinnst aktiv neue Top-Partner für unser Vertriebsnetz

* Du nutzt Sales Tools wie Telefon, MS Teams, Führungen am Campus oder Veranstaltungen zur Kundengewinnung

* Du überzeugst mit Persönlichkeit, Fachwissen und echter Begeisterung für unsere Produkte - im Gespräch, in der Präsentation oder direkt beim Kundenbesuch

* Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg_innen aus dem Partner Coaching, Marketing und Business Development zusammen

* Du wirst Teil eines starken Teams mit klarer Mission: Smarte Gebäude. Einfach. Automatisiert.

Dein Profil

* Leidenschaft für technische Lösungen und eine hohe Affinität zu Gebäudetechnik oder Smart Home

* Erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder in der Betreuung von Geschäftskunden - idealerweise im Bereich Elektro, Planung oder Systemintegration

* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse

* Strukturiertes, selbstständiges Arbeiten und hohe Abschlussorientierung

* Teamplayer-Mentalität - du verstehst dich als Teil eines größeren Ganzen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Teams & CRM-Systemen / MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse

Es handelt sich um einen 38,5-Stunden-Vertrag mit Gleitzeitmodell. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine Gehaltsspanne von € 35.000,- bis € 60.000,- brutto/Jahr vorgesehen ist. Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen und freuen uns dich ebenso kennenzulernen, sollte der Gehaltswunsch auch deutlich über dem vorgesehenen Gehaltsrahmen liegen. Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit über unser Unternehmen zu sehr günstigen Konditionen ein E-Auto zu beziehen.
