Actief sinds 1987, is Mils Group NV over de jaren heen gegroeid tot een toonaangevend bedrijf in bos-, natuur- en groenbeheer. Mils Group NV is gespecialiseerd in boomverzorging, opstandsverbetering, snoeiwerken, kappen om veiligheids- of sanitaire redenen, natuur-technische werken, aanleg en onderhoud van particuliere en publieke tuinen

Mils Group NV staat voor boom besparend en milieuvriendelijk handelen. Het beschermen van de natuur is van het opperste belang voor huidige en toekomstige generaties. Iedere dag zetten onze medewerkers zich in om dit engagement waar te maken.

Werken voor Mils NV betekent werken voor een dynamisch bedrijf in volle expansie.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • vakkundig snoeien en vellen van bomen volgens de gepaste technieken;
  • klimmen in bomen of bedienen van hoogwerker;
  • toepassen van de regelgeving m.b.t. veiligheid;
  • bedienen en transporteren van machines o.a. hakselaars, hoogwerker, aanhangwagens, kniklader, stronkenfrees, tractoren,…;
  • basis onderhoud materiaal en machines;
  • herkennen van ziekte / schade / zwam / gedeeltelijk rot bij bomen.

De werven zijn gelegen vooral in Vlaams-Brabant maar ook in Antwerpen of Limburg.

  • Grote affiniteit voor en/of ervaring in bos-, natuur- & groenbeheer
  • Je kan werken met tuinbouwmachines (haagschaar, kettingzaag, bosmaaier, …)
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B, bij voorkeur rijbewijs BE of je bent bereid binnen de maand na aanwerving dit te behalen, rijbewijs C ook pluspunt
  • Je hebt een correcte en flexibele werkhouding
  • Je bent bereid bijkomende opleidingen te volgen (ECC, VCA, IPAF, E.T.W., …)
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een TSO diploma
  • Werkervaring is een pluspunt maar geen must
  • Werken in weer en wind schrikt je niet af
  • Veiligheid is ook voor jou een kernwaarde
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en staat, samen met ons, garant voor een kwalitatieve en vakkundige uitvoering van elke werf.
