Woonzorg Moorslede actief in het hart van Moorslede, biedt een brede waaier aan woon- en zorgvormen voor zorgbehoevende ouderen en hun omgeving aan. In onze werking staan een bewonersgericht woon- en leefklimaat centraal, met aandacht voor zorg, welzijn en levenskwaliteit van bewoners. Hierbij geven wij onze medewerkers een alle steun die nodig is om hun rol binnen hun talent te kunnen uitvoeren.

Ter versterking van het keukenteam zoeken we een gemotiveerde en ervaren kok.

  • Samen met het keukenteam zorg je voor kwaliteitsvolle en gezonde maaltijden, die beantwoorden aan de hoge verwachtingen van onze residenten. Want elke maaltijd is voor hen een zeer belangrijk moment.
  • Je houdt de voorraad correct bij en staat mee in voor het opvolgen van bestellingen en het in ontvangst nemen van leveringen. Hierbij onderhoud je de contacten met leveranciers.
  • Het bereiden van de maaltijden gebeurt steeds volgens de correcte HACCP normen. Je voert de nodige controles en registraties uit.
  • Je waakt over de netheid van de keuken. Je onderhoudt en controleert de gebruikte toestellen en keukenmateriaal.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verdeling van de maaltijden en ziet er op dat de maaltijdkarren geladen worden, zodat ze tijdig naar de juiste afdelingen gebracht kunnen worden.

Jouw profiel:

  • beschikken over een diploma van grootkeukenkok of restaurantkok.
  • Beschikken over kennis van de HACCP-wetgeving en deze correct kunnen toepassen.
  • Ervaring in een restaurant is een pluspunt.
  • Je staat voor veiligheid, netheid, kwaliteit en klantgerichte dienstverlening,
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
