Als Group Controller bij AAE in Helmond (NL) zorg jij dat we grip houden op onze financiële prestaties terwijl onze activiteiten in Noord-Amerika en Zuidoost-Azië verder groeien. Je werkt op groepsniveau aan reporting, consolidatie, accounting en business control voor meerdere entiteiten en valuta. Daarbij rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CFO en ben je financieel sparringpartner voor het lokale management. Je stapt in op een interessant moment. Onze internationale financeorganisatie is volop in ontwikkeling, waardoor je niet alleen rapporteert en analyseert, maar ook daadwerkelijk kunt bouwen. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Europa, maar bent ook regelmatig op locatie bij onze entiteiten in Noord-Amerika en Zuidoost-Azië. Pushing technical boundaries AAE is een hightech familiebedrijf in Helmond, waar ruim 550 collega's hightech modules, systemen en machines ontwikkelen en bouwen voor de absolute top van de industrie. Achter die technologie staat een organisatie met drie business lines, internationale klanten en steeds meer activiteiten buiten Nederland. Die schaal en complexiteit vragen om financiële inzichten waarmee we prestaties kunnen vergelijken, marges kunnen doorgronden en onderbouwde keuzes kunnen maken over investeringen en verdere ontwikkeling.
