We zijn een familiale investeringsgroep met wortels in de bouw en een blik die ver vooruit kijkt. Drie pijlers dragen de groep: een bouwgroep actief in commercieel vastgoed doorheen België, Nederland en Duitsland, een eigen vastgoedpoot die ontwikkelt en co-ontwikkelt samen met grondeigenaars en een groeiend portfolio aan participaties in duurzaamheidsbedrijven.

De groep groeit.

Meer vastgoedprojecten, het is tijd voor een rechterhand. Iemand die de cijfers kent, de strategie begrijpt en naast de CEO staat wanneer de grote beslissingen vallen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Toezicht en opvolging van de kleinere participatiebedrijven binnen de groep - waar staan ze, wat kan beter?
  • Financiële structurering van vastgoed(co-)ontwikkelingsprojecten samen met grondeigenaars en partners.
  • Korte en lange termijn financiële plannen opmaken voor nieuwe en aangekochte sites.
  • Businesscases uitwerken en financieringsaanvragen voorbereiden.
  • Sparren met de CEO over strategie, investeringen en opportuniteiten op groepsniveau.
  • Consolidatie en rapportering op groepsniveau bewaken.

Wie ben jij?

  • Master of Bachelor in een financiële richting
  • Ondernemend van nature
  • Semi-commercieel, je zit vlot rond de tafel met grondeigenaars, architecten en lokale ondernemers.
  • Affiniteit met vastgoed en projectontwikkeling is een plus
  • Sterk in boekhouding, analyse en financiële structurering
  • Vlot in het Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt voor projecten in Wallonië.
