Als Group Corporate Counsel maak je deel uit van het team Corporate Legal, Risk & Compliance en treed je op als strategische partner voor de business. In een sterk groeiende en juridisch complexe omgeving waak je over de bescherming van de activiteiten van de groep, met een duidelijke focus op commerciële juridische risico's. Je combineert juridische expertise met een goed inzicht in operationele uitdagingen en hanteert een pragmatische aanpak om de verdere ontwikkeling van Partena Professional duurzaam te ondersteunen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je analyseert, stelt op en onderhandelt uiteenlopende contracten (klanten-, leveranciers-, partnership- en intercompanycontracten) en beschermt daarbij de belangen van de groep.
  • Je ondersteunt strategische onderhandelingen en adviseert management over juridische risico's verbonden aan commerciële projecten.
  • Je beheert aansprakelijkheidsdossiers (claims, schadegevallen, potentiële geschillen) en verdedigt actief de organisatie.
  • Je werkt mee aan dossiers zoals overnames, herstructureringen of wijzigingen in de groepsstructuur.
  • Je draagt bij aan de juridische governance (voorbereiding en opvolging van bestuursorganen, documentatie).
  • Je ondersteunt bij het beheer en de optimalisatie van het verzekeringsportefeuille van de groep.
  • Je structureert en optimaliseert contractuele processen en ontwikkelt templates en richtlijnen voor interne teams.
  • Je volgt wetswijzigingen en relevante regelgeving proactief op en evalueert de impact ervan op de organisatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders (management, HR, finance, business) en indien nodig met externe partners
  • Wie ben jij ?
  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, idealiter in een complexe organisatie en/of in een advocatenkantoor.
  • Je hebt een sterke expertise in verbintenissenrecht en aansprakelijkheidsrecht.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met het opstellen en onderhandelen van commerciële B2B-contracten.
  • Kennis van vennootschapsrecht, intellectuele eigendom, ICT-recht of overheidsopdrachten is een plus.
  • Ervaring aan de balie of met geschillendossiers is een troef.
  • Je begrijpt de businesscontext en hanteert een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent tegelijk een echte teamspeler; je durft vragen te stellen en stakeholders op een constructieve manier uit te dagen.
  • Je beheerst perfect het Nederlands of het Frans, hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal en beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Engels, in het bijzonder voor het analyseren en onderhandelen van contracten.
