* Strategische Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung gruppenweiter Personalentwicklungsinstrumente, Standards und Entwicklungsarchitekturen * Übersetzung der Group-HR-Strategie in konkrete Entwicklungs-, Talent- und Transformationsinitiativen * Entwicklung von Zielbildern, Prozessen und Leitplanken in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung, Talentmanagement, Nachfolgeplanung, Learning und Führungskräfteentwicklung * Konzeption und Einführung gruppenweiter Talentmanagement-, Succession- und Key-Position-Ansätze * Entwicklung von Programmen zur Führungskräfteentwicklung, Expert Career Development und organisationsweiten Kompetenzentwicklung * Mitwirkung beim Aufbau gruppenweiter Lern- und Entwicklungsformate sowie einer international anschlussfähigen Lernlandschaft * Beratung und Sparring für lokale HR-Verantwortliche, Führungskräfte und Management bei Personalentwicklungs-, Talent- und Transformationsthemen

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung, People & Culture, HR Management, Organisationsentwicklung, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in strategischer Personalentwicklung, Talentmanagement oder Organisationsentwicklung, vorzugsweise im internationalen oder gruppenweiten Unternehmenskontext * Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Implementierung gruppenweiter HR-/PE-Standards, Entwicklungsarchitekturen oder Talentmanagement-Ansätze * Sehr gutes Verständnis für moderne Personalentwicklung, Kompetenzmanagement, Learning, Führungskräfteentwicklung und Nachfolgeplanung * Ausgeprägte strategische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen in klare, praktikable Lösungen zu übersetzen * Hohe Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz im Umgang mit HR, Management, Führungskräften und internationalen Stakeholdern * Strukturierte, proaktive und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise sowie entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
