AGO Jobs & HR zoekt voor een groeiend recyclagebedrijf in Beerse een Group Quality Coordinator.

Als Group Quality Coordinator bouw je het kwaliteitsbeleid verder uit en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen in procedures staat, maar ook echt leeft op de werkvloer.

Je bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor management en operationele teams, coacht collega's en vertaalt kwaliteitsdata en auditresultaten naar concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij kijk je over afdelingen en sites heen en help je het bedrijf verder groeien als een kwaliteit gedreven en continu verbeterende organisatie.

Jouw focus

  • Je ontwikkelt het kwaliteitsbeleid en vertaalt dit naar duidelijke doelstellingen, acties en brede kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je stimuleert continue verbetering en ondersteunt teams bij procesoptimalisatie, Lean-technieken en probleemoplossing.
  • Je coördineert als hoofdauditor het interne auditprogramma en begeleidt ISO-certificerings- en klantenaudits. Je voert leveranciersaudits uit.
  • Je ontwikkelt opleidingen rond kwaliteitsmethodieken, coacht collega's en helpt kwaliteitskennis verder te verankeren in de organisatie.
  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt ons documentmanagementsysteem verder en ondersteunt gebruikers bij een correcte toepassing.

Je bent analytisch en conceptueel sterk, maar weet theorie vooral om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen. Je krijgt energie van processen slimmer maken en van mensen daarin mee te nemen. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen de werkvloer, specialisten en management en weet je communicatie telkens af te stemmen op je gesprekspartner.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en ruime ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van ISO-managementsystemen, interne audits en continue verbetering.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Lean- en probleemoplossingsmethodieken; kennis van automotive kwaliteitsstandaarden is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met SAP en affiniteit met BI, rapportering en data-analyse zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en hebt een sterke drive om continu te verbeteren.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke trainer en coach die mensen meekrijgt in verandering.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels en durft ook in het Frans je plan te trekken.
  • Je bent bereid om meerdere keren per jaar de verschillende sites te bezoeken.
