* Als Guest Relation Agent kreierst du, gemeinsam mit dem Guest Relation Manager, die ganz besonderen Erlebnisse für unsere Gäste und bist für deren Zufriedenheit hauptverantwortlich

* Du betreust die Gästeprogramme und bist aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Gästebindung beteiligt

* Durch deine persönliche Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste von vor der Anreise über den Aufenthalt bis nach der Abreise stellst du sicher, dass die Erwartungen übertroffen werden

* Professioneller Umgang mit aufkommenden Gastbeschwerden und Gewährleistung der optimalen Gästezufriedenheit

* Unterstützung unseres Front Office und Concierge Teams, um den Gästen einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abreise zu gewährleisten

Das bringst Du mit

* Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im operativen Bereich in der internationalen Luxushotellerie

* Du zeichnest Dich durch ein verbindliches, charmantes und kompetentes Auftreten als Gastgeber aus

* Erfahrung im Bereich Service am Gast von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit, hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und flexible Einsatzbereitschaft

* Du verfügst über umfassende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine zweite Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil, und hast Erfahrung mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen

* Idealerweise hast Du bereits mit OPERA Cloud gearbeitet
