Gyprocplaatser | bouw mee aan strakke binnenruimtes Een lege ruimte binnenstappen en enkele dagen later zien hoe ze vorm krijgt: dat is het leuke aan droogbouw. Als monteur ga je samen met je collega op pad naar projecten die allesbehalve hetzelfde zijn. Vandaag werk je misschien aan een kantoor, morgen aan een hotel of een apotheek. En wie weet loop je binnenkort wel rond op een indrukwekkende werf zoals het Belfius Basecamp van Club Brugge.

Wat ga je doen? Als plaatser trek je samen met je collega naar verschillende werven in Vlaanderen.

  • Plaatsen van wanden en plafonds in gipskarton
  • Uitvoeren van schrijnwerk binnen de droogbouw
  • Werken aan projecten in onder meer kantoren, hotels, apotheken en utiliteitsbouw
  • Meedenken over de technische uitvoering op de werf

Je komt terecht in een afdeling die zich niet beperkt tot klassieke gyprocwanden. Onze klant heeft doorheen de jaren expertise opgebouwd in onder meer akoestische wanden, plafonds, binnenschrijnwerk, vloersystemen en isolatie. Dat betekent vooral: blijven bijleren en niet elke dag exact hetzelfde doen.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een echt familiebedrijf uit Tielt met een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot 1944. Wat ooit begon als bouwmaterialenhandel groeide uit tot een brede bouwpartner met activiteiten in bouwmaterialen, vloerafwerking en droogbouw. Vandaag werken er ongeveer 200 à 250 mensen binnen de verschillende activiteiten.

Binnen de afdeling droogbouw werkt een eigen plaatsingsteam aan uiteenlopende projecten. Van kleinere binnenafwerking tot complexe commerciële projecten: de technische kennis is er en de projecten bieden voldoende variatie om je vakmanschap verder uit te bouwen.

En misschien nog belangrijker: je komt terecht in een omgeving waar collega's elkaar kennen en waar de familiale mentaliteit ook na al die jaren voelbaar blijft. Je hoeft niet met alles geboren te zijn als bouwexpert. Een gezonde technische interesse en goesting om goed werk af te leveren brengen je al ver

  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouw of wil je verder ontwikkelen binnen droogbouw
  • Je denkt mee wanneer een werf anders loopt dan gepland
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang met collega's en andere partijen op de werf
  • Je hebt voldoende technisch inzicht om een plan of schets te begrijpen
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en pakt zaken liever aan dan ze uit te stellen
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio van Tielt
  • Ervaring met gipskarton, schrijnwerk of andere droogbouwtechnieken is mooi meegenomen
