Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waarin verschillende expertises samenkomen. Van pompinstallaties en complexe leidingnetwerken tot staalconstructies en technische interventies bij klanten: de projecten zijn uiteenlopend. Dat betekent ook dat je niet uitgeleerd bent. Je krijgt kansen om je kennis verder uit te breiden en op termijn door te groeien binnen de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

In het staalatelier werk je zelfstandig aan verschillende constructies. Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Technische tekeningen en stuktekeningen interpreteren.
  • 3D-tekeningen correct lezen en vertalen naar de praktijk.
  • Onderdelen op maat zagen en voorbereiden.
  • Gaten boren en verschillende metaalbewerkingen uitvoeren.
  • Onderdelen correct haaks en nauwkeurig monteren.
  • Constructies samenstellen en aflassen.
  • Lassen met MIG/MAG (halfautomaat).
  • Werken met HA en/of TIG waar nodig.
  • Zelf je constructie voorbereiden van begin tot aflevering.
  • Controleren of het eindresultaat voldoet aan de gevraagde afwerking.
  • Veilig en ordelijk werken in het atelier.

We zoeken een ervaren vakman of vakvrouw die graag zelfstandig werkt en trots is op het eindresultaat. Jij:

  • Hebt ervaring als lasser, samensteller of constructeur.
  • Kan technische plannen en stuktekeningen lezen.
  • Kan werken met 3D-tekeningen.
  • Hebt ervaring met halfautomaatlassen.
  • Kent de verschillende metaalbewerkingen zoals zagen, boren, slijpen en plooien.
  • Kan onderdelen nauwkeurig en haaks monteren.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Hebt oog voor afwerking en kwaliteit.
  • Werkt steeds met veiligheid als prioriteit.
  • Spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
