Tiel Meer details Handhavingsjurist Omgevingsrecht Profiel Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een Handhavingsjurist Omgevingsrecht die zich bezighoudt met complexe juridische vraagstukken op het gebied van toezicht en handhaving. Je behandelt handhavingsprocedures, beoordeelt verzoeken en adviseert over de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving binnen de fysieke leefomgeving. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met toezichthouders, gemeenten en andere betrokken partijen. Je levert juridisch advies, neemt deel aan overleggen en begeleidt dossiers van de eerste beoordeling tot en met de afronding van het handhavingstraject. Met jouw juridische kennis en analytisch vermogen zorg je voor zorgvuldig onderbouwde besluiten en draag je bij aan een veilige, duurzame en goed georganiseerde leefomgeving. Vereisten - Afgeronde hbo-bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een juridische richting - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als handhavingsjurist binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Ervaring met de Omgevingswet en het omgevingsrecht - Ervaring met het behandelen van handhavings- en bezwaarprocedures - Analytisch sterk en bestuurlijk sensitief - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden - Ervaring met projectmatig werken is een pré - Een afgeronde wo-bachelor of wo-master is een pré Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever is een publieke organisatie die gemeenten en de provincie ondersteunt bij vraagstukken op het gebied van vergunningverlening, toezicht, handhaving en advies.
