Op zoek naar een veelzijdige functie waarin administratie en praktijk hand in hand gaan? Voor een groeiend en innovatief bedrijf in de regio Izegem zoeken we een Logistiek planner. Dit familiebedrijf met meer dan 30 jaar expertise is een gevestigde speler in Europa en zet sterk in op duurzaamheid en milieubescherming. Werken doe je hier in een dynamische omgeving waar teamspirit, klantgerichtheid en werkplezier centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Plannen en coördineren van de magazijnactiviteiten via Excel en het ERP-systeem.
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse werking en collega’s ondersteunen om een vlot verloop te garanderen.
  • Structuur en efficiëntie waarborgen en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt in het magazijn.
  • Hands-on meewerken op de vloer wanneer dat nodig is – flexibiliteit troef.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de Warehouse Manager en ondersteuning bieden bij de dagelijkse aansturing.
  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring door de jaren heen.
  • Sterke planningsvaardigheden en het vermogen om medewerkers op een motiverende manier te leiden.
  • Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving is onmisbaar, gecombineerd met een praktische mentaliteit.
  • Een heftruck- of kraanattest en/of rijbewijs CE zijn pluspunten.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is vereist. Kennis van Duits is een extra troef.
