Bij RIWO schakel je tussen projecten, klanten en collega's. Je denkt mee, tekent in EPLAN en maakt impact op industriële installaties. Klaar voor de volgende stap? Wat ga je doen? Als Hardware Engineer ontwerp en ontwikkel je schakelkasten en elektrische besturingen voor industriële machines, mobiele machines en procesinstallaties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze besturingen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving voldoen. Geen project is hetzelfde: van procesinstallaties (zoals industriële bakkerijen) tot productiemachines en AGV's (automatic guided vehicles). Je ontwerpt en tekent schema's in EPLAN, denkt mee over technische oplossingen en stemt af met collega's én klanten. Je schakelt veel: van ontwerp tot oplevering en van engineering tot montage. Omdat alles in-house wordt gerealiseerd, zie je jouw ontwerp ook echt tot leven komen. Door de korte lijntjes binnen de organisatie streven we er samen naar om onze klanten te voorzien van de beste besturingsoplossingen. Je werkt vaak aan meerdere projecten tegelijk (kort en langlopend) en hebt daarin veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Samen met je team zorg je dat klanten niet alleen een oplossing krijgen, maar echt worden ontzorgd. Wat vragen wij van jou? Je bent technisch sterk, maar ook communicatief vaardig. Met jouw analytisch vermogen kom je snel tot de kern van een probleem. Door kritische vragen te stellen en goed door te vragen achterhaal je wat er écht speelt bij de klant.
