Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen, suchen wir zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Hausarbeiter:in Einkaufszentrum (m/w/d) Aufgaben

* Regelmäßige Rundgänge und Kontrolle der Außenanlage des Daches und der Allgemeinbereiche

* Kleinreparaturen an Sanitäreinrichtungen

* Reparatur an Verkehrsschildern und Leitplanken

* Ausbesserungs- und Malerarbeiten

* Montage von Kleinteilen (Bilder, Hinweisschilder etc.)

* Aufbau von Möbel

* Auswechseln von Schließzylindern

* Austausch von defekter Deckenplatten

* Transporttätigkeiten, Botendienste

* Reinigung von Dacheinläufen oder Dachrinnen

* Übernahme von Waren

* Einfache Lagerverwaltung

* Eventtätigkeiten wie Aufbau Bühne, Dekoelemente, Stühle/Tische, Poster etc,

* Rückmeldung an den Vorgesetzten und/oder direkt an Kund:innen

Anforderungen

* Positiv abgeschlossene Pflichtschule

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit handwerklichen Aufgaben

* Technisches und allgemein handwerkliches Geschick

* Teamfähigkeit

* B-Führerschein

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)

* Termintreue

* Gute IT-Anwendungskenntnisse (v.a. E-Mail sowie systeminterne Programme)

* Gewerkeübergreifendes und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Bereitschaft im Bedarfsfall Überstunden zu leisten

* Positiver Leumund

Gehalt & Benefits

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt ab € 2.300 Brutto/Monatlich.

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden bei Vollzeit - üblicherweise auf 4 Arbeitstage pro Woche verteilt

Dienstbeginn: ab sofort

Dienstort: 2331 Vösendorf
