The posting

Das Volkshilfe Haushaltsservice (HHS) entlastet ältere Menschen, Berufstätige und Singles bei der täglichen Hausarbeit. Gerade ältere Menschen können so viel länger in der gewohnten Umgebung bleiben. Aber auch für Familien ist der HHS eine sehr große Unterstützung.

Das Angebot erstreckt sich von Montag bis Freitag, meist an Vormittagen, nach Vereinbarung auch an Nachmittagen. Nach einem vorgegebenen Einsatzplan werden ca. 2-3 Haushalte von einem/einer Mitarbeiter_in täglich besucht.

Das Haushaltsservice gibt Menschen die Möglichkeit, nach einer längeren Arbeitslosigkeit oder als Wiedereinstieg, wieder im Berufsleben Fuß zu fassen und zwölf Monate einem Team anzugehören.

Uns als Volkshilfe ist die Integration von Menschen am Arbeitsmarkt ein großes Anliegen.

Das Haushaltsservice besteht seit fast 20 Jahren und wird durch Fördermaßnahmen des AMS und des Landes OÖ unterstützt. 2 Haushaltshilfen (m/w/d) Dieses Angebot richtet sich ausschließlich an förderbare Personen - bitte informieren Sie sich beim AMS!

Anforderungsprofil:

* Ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse um sich intern und extern, höflich und wertschätzend ausdrücken zu können

* Praxis in der Reinigung von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung

* Führerschein B

* eigener PKW von Vorteil - keine Bedingung

> ein Firmen-PKW kann im Bedarfsfall zur Verfügung gestellt werden

Aufgabengebiet:

Reinigung in Privathaushalten nach vorgegebenem Einsatzplan:

* Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten eines Haushaltes

* Großreinigung (Fenster, Türen etc.)

* Wäschepflege (waschen, bügeln - eher selten)

* Einkaufen und Botengänge

* Leichte Gartenarbeiten - eher selten

Arbeitsort/Erreichbarkeit:

* Steyr-Stadt und Steyr-Land nach Einsatzplan

Arbeitsbeginn:

* ab sofort

Wir bieten:

* eine befristete Teilzeitbeschäftigung für 12 Monate im Ausmaß ab 20 Wochenstunden

* Zusätzlich zum Mindestentgelt laut Kollektivvertrag EUR 2.067,40 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) gibt es

> Erschwernis- und Gefahrenzulage (SEG-Zulage)

> Kilometergeld - pro im Dienst gefahrenen Kilometer

* die Möglichkeit, sich den Aufgabenbereich vorweg anzuschauen

* selbstständiges Arbeiten

* flexible Arbeitszeiten möglich - Montag bis Freitag (meist nur vormittags)

* wenn kein Führerschein oder eigener PKW vorhanden - Buskarte wird Ihnen bezahlt

* im Sommer 2 Wochen Betriebsurlaub

Während Ihrer Beschäftigung bei der Volkshilfe - Haushaltsservice - bieten wir Ihnen eine begleitende Betreuung durch das Institut für Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungsberatung (IAB) an.
