Aufgaben * Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Ertrag und den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Ihrer Filiale

* Führung alle Bereiche Ihrer Filiale (Verkauf, Administration, Lager)

* Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ertrag und den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg Ihrer Filiale

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

* Optimierung und Steuerung aller Prozesse am Standort, um eine exzellenter Servicequalität zu garantieren

* Personalverantwortung, Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation Ihres Filialteams

* Umsetzung von Werbemaßnahmen und Sicherstellung einer ansprechenden Warenpräsentation

Qualifikationen * Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung im Retail

* Idealerweise Führungserfahrung im Einzelhandel

* Hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Unternehmerisches Denken, kaufmännisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Organisationstalent, Hands-On-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative

* Idealerweise regionale Flexibilität
