Die Kernkompetenz unseres Unternehmens stellt die Realisierung von Neubauprojekten dar. Darüber hinaus schaffen wir auch Wohnraum durch die Konvertierung von Gewerbeflächen. Dank unserer attraktiven Lagen und qualitativ hochwertigen Bauweise, haben wir uns in den letzten 20 Jahren zu einem der führenden Immobilienentwickler am Wiener Markt etabliert. Dabei führen wir alle Stufen der Projektentwicklung, vom Grundstückserwerb, über die nachfolgende Planung, die Finanzierung und den Bau von schlüsselfertigen Wohnraumprojekten, sowie deren anschließenden Betrieb oder Verkauf durch.

Wir suchen ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Sanierungsarbeiten

* Schlüsselrückgaben und Hausbegehungen

* Schadensbegutachtungen und Dokumentation

* Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen

* Koordination externer Handwerker sowie Terminabstimmungen mit Fachfirmen und Mietern

* Bestellung von Material und Ersatzteilen

* Regelmäßige Kontrolle der technischen Anlagen

* Unterstützung und Steuerung von Dienstleistern bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil

* Entsprechende berufsbezogene Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil (nicht zwingend erforderlich)

* Führerschein der Klasse B (erforderlich)

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Zuverlässige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag mindestens € 2.800. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit eines Zusatzeinkommens durch wöchentlichen Bereitschaftsdienst.
