Ihre Aufgaben

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an haustechnischen Einrichtungen

* Durchführung kleinerer Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten

* Servicearbeiten an Fenstern und Türen

* Durchführung interner Transport-, Übersiedlungs- und Entsorgungstätigkeiten

* Vorbereitung von Konferenz- und Besprechungsräumen für Veranstaltungen

* Regelmäßige Rundgänge sowie Koordination der Außenanlagenpflege

* Durchführung von Kontrollgängen innerhalb der Gebäude

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Betriebsbereichen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Lehre, z. B. in Elektro-, Metall- oder Installationstechnik

* Eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Grundlegende PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Brandschutzausbildung und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
