Ben jij een hbo-verpleegkundige met klinisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en hart voor de gehandicaptenzorg? Kun jij verpleegkundige zorg combineren met begeleiding en weet je professioneel te handelen in complexe situaties? Dan maken wij graag kennis met je. Via Healthforce werk je aan betekenisvolle opdrachten binnen de gehandicaptenzorg in Zuid-Holland. Als HBO-Verpleegkundige speel je een belangrijke rol in de coördinatie van zorg, begeleiding en observatie van cliënten. Jij bewaakt de gezondheidssituatie, signaleert veranderingen en werkt nauw samen met collega’s, begeleiders en behandelaren. Wij zoeken een verpleegkundige die stevig staat, zorgvuldig werkt en zorg verleent met aandacht, kwaliteit en professionaliteit. ⸻ De opdracht • Regio: Zuid-Holland • Doelgroep: GHZ (Gehandicaptenzorg) • Startdatum: In overleg • Uren per week: 8 – 36 uur ⸻ Wat ga je doen? • Verlenen en coördineren van verpleegkundige zorg binnen de gehandicaptenzorg • Observeren, signaleren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van cliënten in hun dagelijks functioneren • ADL-zorg kan onderdeel zijn van de werkzaamheden, afhankelijk van de locatie en doelgroep • Werken met cliënten met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking • Samenwerken met collega’s, behandelaren en andere disciplines • Meedenken over kwaliteit van zorg en professionele ontwikkeling binnen het team • Bijdragen aan een veilige, stabiele en professionele leefomgeving ⸻ Wat breng jij mee? • Diploma HBO-Verpleegkunde • Geldige BIG-registratie • Ervaring binnen de GHZ is een pré • Geldige VOG • Je bent verantwoordelijk, communicatief sterk en stressbestendig • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet wanneer je moet afstemmen • Je blijft professioneel en rustig in uitdagende situaties • Je hebt affiniteit met het begeleiden en verzorgen van cliënten met een beperking ⸻ Wat je van ons mag verwachten • Salaris conform..
