Positie Als sleutelfunctiehouder compliance ben je verantwoordelijk voor de onafhankelijke identificatie, beoordeling, monitoring en rapportage van compliance-risico's. Je rapporteert aan de CFRO en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor bestuur, Audit & Risk Committee, Raad van Commissarissen, de eerste lijn en andere sleutelfunctiehouders. Je hebt vanuit je onafhankelijke tweedelijnspositie directe en onbelemmerde toegang tot bestuur en toezichthoudende organen en kunt waar nodig zelfstandig escaleren.
