Ben jij een cijferexpert met een scherp analytisch inzicht en hou je van structuur en verantwoordelijkheid? Voor Trixxo zijn wij op zoek naar een Head Accountant die de boekhouding van onze vennootschappen naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Als Head Accountant sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige boekhoudkundige verwerking en geef je leiding aan een assistant accountant. Je bent een cruciale schakel tussen cijfers en beleid, en zorgt ervoor dat de Finance Manager steeds kan rekenen op accurate, up-to-date informatie. Je bewaakt en overziet de tijdige, consistente en efficiënte verwerking van alle facturen (in- en verkoop) en bankafschriften

  • Je verzorgt de interne maandrapportering en voorziet de Finance Manager van accurate cijfers, inclusief schriftelijke toelichting
  • Je bereidt de jaarafsluiting voor en stelt het afsluitdossier op voor de externe auditors
  • Je controleert de loonaansluitingen met het sociaal secretariaat en verzorgt de omzetaansluiting
  • Je staat in voor de fiscale verplichtingen (aangiften) en waakt over de tijdige betaling van belastingen en btw
  • Je stuurt dagelijks een klein team van assistant accountant(s) aan
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van evoluties op het vlak van boekhouding en fiscale wetgeving
  • Je hebt minstens een Bachelor diploma Finance/Boekhouding, aangevuld met specifieke opleidingen in boekhouding of fiscaliteit
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en verantwoordelijkheidsdomein
  • Je hebt ervaring met de (jaar)afsluiting van een boekhouding van A tot Z
  • Je bent vertrouwd met een courant boekhoudpakket en hebt sterke Office-vaardigheden
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en planmatig, zowel zelfstandig als in team
  • Je voelt ownership over je rapportering en werkt resultaatgericht, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Discretie is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt een "knipperlicht-attitude": je signaleert proactief waar zaken beter kunnen
