Jobinhoud:

Voor een internationale speler in de transportsector zoeken we een hands-on ‘Head of Accounting’. Je combineert een sterke boekhoudkundige expertise met coachend leiderschap en krijgt de ruimte om processen verder te optimaliseren en digitaliseren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Leidinggeven, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het financiële team
  • Bewaken van kwalitatieve en tijdige afsluitingen, audits en fiscale verplichtingen
  • Opvolgen van cashflow, liquiditeitsplanning en werkkapitaal
  • Uitbouwen van managementrapportages, KPI-dashboards, budgetten en forecasts
  • Optimaliseren van rapportagestructuren over verschillende entiteiten en landen
  • Identificeren, optimaliseren en automatiseren van financiële processen
  • Verder uitbouwen van data-analyse, BI en workflowautomatisering
  • Samen met de CEO vormgeven aan de toekomstige financiële organisatie

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar relevante financiële ervaring en reeds enkele jaren ervaring in het aansturen van een team
  • Sterke kennis van accounting, controlling en rapportering
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering
  • Analytisch, strategisch, ondernemend en tegelijk pragmatisch
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis van Adfinity, BI-tools, data-analyse of AI is een plus
  • Ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of een operationele omgeving is mooi meegenomen
