Head of Global Procurement (m/w/d) 1 Head of Global Procurement (m/w/d). IHRE AUFGABEN

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Einkaufsstrategien

* Führung und Entwicklung des Teams im Verantwortungsbereich

* Sicherstellung und Optimierung von Kosten, Qualität und Lieferfähigkeit in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung und Finance

* Auswahl, Bewertung und Entwicklung von internationalen Lieferanten

* Führen von komplexen Verhandlungen auf globaler Ebene und Sicherstellen rechtlicher und regulatorischer Compliance

* Analyse von Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

* Unterstützung bei globalen Projekten und Initiativen

* Beobachtung globaler Märkte, Rohstoffpreise und geopolitischer Risiken sowie Absicherung der Lieferkette

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf eines Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise in der papierverarbeitenden Industrie, von Vorteil

* Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität, Problemlösungskompetenz

* Verhandlungsgeschick und interkulturelle Kompetenz

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft 10%

UNSER ANGEBOT

Für diese Position wird je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ein jährliches Bruttoentgelt ab EUR 90.000,00 (Vollzeitbasis, All In) geboten, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Ihrem individuellen Profil und Ihrer beruflichen Erfahrung.
