Dit internationale groeibedrijf ontwikkelt innovatieve technologie voor de absolute top van de architectuurwereld. Om hun snelle expansie in goede banen te leiden, zoeken ze een Head of Quality die het volledige kwaliteitssysteem (QMS) vanaf de basis uittekent en beheert voor de verschillende internationale entiteiten.

Als Head of quality ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitsstandaarden: van de eerste component bij de leverancier tot het eindproduct bij de klant. Je zorgt dat kwaliteit geen controle achteraf is, maar een integraal onderdeel van het volledige productieproces.

  • Je ontwerpt en implementeert het overkoepelende kwaliteitssysteem met de bijbehorende procedures, werkinstructies en auditframeworks voor de drie internationale bedrijven.
  • Je vertaalt technische certificeringsvereisten naar werkbare standaarden voor op de werkvloer en beheert alle compliancedocumentatie.
  • Je bepaalt de kwaliteitsnormen voor inkomende goederen en assemblage, en stuurt leveranciers aan via audits en structurele verbetertrajecten.
  • Je stelt een KPI-framework op rond defecten en rework om de prestaties binnen de groep meetbaar en transparant te maken.
  • Je trekt verbetertrajecten over de verschillende vestigingen heen door best practices te delen en een gedeelde kwaliteitscultuur te installeren.
  • Master in Engineering en ettelijke jaren ervaring in kwaliteitsmanagement binnen een productie- of assemblageomgeving.
  • In het bezit van praktijkervaring met het van nul opbouwen/van heel nabij opvolgen van kwaliteitssystemen en bent vertrouwd met elektromechanische productcertificering.
  • Je bent een hands-on persoon met technisch inzicht die z'n verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Een natuurlijke coach die kwaliteit verankert in de werkwijze van het team, eerder dan enkel op te treden als controleur.
  • Kennis van verschillende en materialen, stoffen ... is een superpluspunt.
