Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs

* Führung, Motivation und Ausbau des bestehenden Vertriebsteams

* Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden sowie aktive Markt- und Neukundenentwicklung

* Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Technik und Produktmanagement bei der Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik) - idealerweise mit kaufmännischem Know-how

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung

* Unternehmerisches Denken, strategische Weitsicht und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungssicherheit und Überzeugungskraft im Umgang mit Kunden

* Selbstständiger, lösungsorientierter und zielbewusster Arbeitsstil

* Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche und Messeauftritte
