Seit 65 Jahren sind wir als familiengeführtes Unternehmen im Herzen Vorarlbergs tätig. Mit innovativen Lösungen für den Lebensmittelhandel und den Take-Away-Bereich gestalten wir aktiv eine nachhaltige Zukunf 1 Head of Sales / Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) Head of Sales / Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d)

Wir richten unseren Vertrieb neu aus und suchen dafür keinen klassischen Vertriebsleiter, sondern einen Unternehmer im Unternehmen, der den Vertrieb aktiv gestaltet und seine Handschrift hinterlässt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Den Vertrieb von Messerle strategisch und operativ weiterentwickeln

* Neue Kunden gewinnen und neue Märkte konsequent erschließen

* Bestehende Key Accounts persönlich betreuen und ausbauen

* Gemeinsam mit dem Außendienstteam beim Kunden präsent sein

* Vertriebskennzahlen steuern, Chancen erkennen und Maßnahmen konsequent umsetzen

* Vertriebsprozesse optimieren und nachhaltiges Umsatz- und Ertragswachstum erzielen

* Unser Unternehmen als starke Persönlichkeit nach außen repräsentieren

* Führungserfahrung im Außendienst oder Vertrieb
