Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de dienstverlenende sector zijn wij in de regio Antwerpen op zoek naar een Health & Safety Manager. In deze veelzijdige functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over het verder uitbouwen en bewaken van het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid binnen een professionele organisatie met verschillende vestigingen. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse interne stakeholders en combineert een beleidsmatige aanpak met een sterke betrokkenheid op de werkvloer. Met jouw expertise en proactieve ingesteldheid draag je actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je staat in voor het uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van het veiligheids- en preventiebeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses, controles en onderzoeken uit en vertaalt vaststellingen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je adviseert, begeleidt en sensibiliseert medewerkers en interne stakeholders rond veiligheid, welzijn en preventie.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving en rapporteert over de belangrijkste aandachtspunten en verbeteringen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 en hebt relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van veiligheid, preventie en welzijn en bent vertrouwd met risicoanalyses en de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief, analytisch en proactief, werkt zelfstandig en weet verschillende stakeholders op een constructieve manier te adviseren en te overtuigen.
