The posting

Ben jij een ervaren heftruckchauffeur die houdt van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en werken met zwaar materieel? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Als heftruckchauffeur aan de kaai ben je een onmisbare schakel in het laad- en losproces van containers, vrachtwagens en zware goederen. Je combineert het besturen van een heftruck met actief werk op de werkvloer. Dit is dan ook geen functie waarbij je de hele dag in de cabine zit.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Laden en lossen van containers en vrachtwagens. Verplaatsen van zware goederen en grondstoffen zoals hout, staal en andere materialen. Werken met grote heftrucks en logistiek materieel. Afpikken en verplaatsen van remorques. Handmatig ondersteunen bij werkzaamheden aan de kaai. Correct stockeren en positioneren van goederen. Waken over veiligheid, orde en een vlotte goederenstroom. Elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een praktische doener die graag actief bezig is en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.

Jij:

Hebt ervaring als heftruckchauffeur. Beschikt bij voorkeur over een geldig heftruckattest. Werkt graag met zware machines en grote ladingen. Bent fysiek fit en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Werkt nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en veiligheidsbewust. Bent flexibel ingesteld. Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en/of Frans. Ervaring met zware heftrucks is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en de juiste werkmentaliteit zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
